2024 Goals: Our Commitment to Quality, Innovation and Reliability.

Technology advancements can be hard to keep up with due to the ever-changing environment with constant changes, upgrades and updates. We often come across IT systems that have become obsolete or quickly outdated because business owners simply don’t have time to investigate and take advantage of newer technologies.

In 2024 the team at Computer Clinic is seeking to foster a proactive approach with selected customers where we can form more of a partnership, instead of purely being the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. Many problematic situations are avoidable, thus surprise I.T. costs can be mitigated with upgrades planned for.

The more successful our customers are, the better we will do. So it is in our joint interests to provide and receive proactive guidance and timely advice to ensure all our customers have the tools and technology to operate at the cutting edge in their respective marketplace. Using the latest technology and processes leads to greater efficiencies, hence we are looking to engage with our customers more deeply to become an active part of the success story.

As part of our 2024 approach, we are also looking to take advantage of AI, both at Computer Clinic and for customers too. We are currently investing time into this and will keep you updated.
